Wacky World
All the Philosophizing in the world does not do you much good when people are just Whacked in the Head !
I don't get it...I know from personal experience some of it is not a choice some of it is how we are wired. However we do have some who choose to be Victims, Martyrs or Bullies ! I have a slightly better time with the Victims and Martyrs than the Bullies.
Workplace Bullies are selfish people who storm around and use their bad moods,petty tyrannies and other issues to create drama and to avoid work and to get their way. I know it's their form of self protection.....but hey, we all have out own problems and issues.
